The Alex Ekwueme Federal University Ndufu-Alike (AE-FUNAI), Ikwo Local Government Area in Ebony State, southeast Nigeria in March 2019 experienced extreme weather event, in form of a windstorm, which destroyed the institution’s Library and ICT centre.
Five other buildings were also affected but with no severe impact.
The university has since temporarily relocated the Library and ICT.
