On Thursday, the second draft text of the climate agreement at the ongoing global summit (COP21) was released, signalling some level of progress in the negotiation process.
The latest text has 48 brackets left: 32 in the Agreement, 16 in the Decision. Also there are 13 options remaining: 11 in the Agreement, 2 in the Decision.
Though brackets mean undecided, text outside of brackets or options is not necessarily final.
