Executive Director, National Water Resources Institute in Kaduna, Dr Emmanuel Adanu, made this known during an online advocacy meeting tagged “Water and Climate Change: Women’s Coping Strategies in West Africa” organised by the Abuja office of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO).
