Young professionals and students interested in building competency in sustainable development and effective communication will this month be hosted to a Masterclass Series courtesy of SustyVibes.
The three-day series holds in Lagos from Thursday, August 29 to Saturday, August 31, 2019.
According to the organisers, the series provides participants with the opportunity to gain industry insights about being a sustainability professional by interacting with leading professionals from Deloitte, Nigerian Climate Innovation Centre, EnviroNews Nigeria, University of Edinburgh, WasteAid UK, CSR-In-Action and Wecyclers, among others.
“With these experienced facilitators, participants will have the opportunity to engage, strengthen their networks and will be given certificates upon successful completion,” says officials of SustyVibes, a social enterprise dedicated to redefining sustainability advocacy and making sustainability actionable for young Nigerians.
The forum will feature classes on “Communicating and Reporting Sustainability”, “Starting a Recycling Business in Nigeria” and “Introduction to Sustainable Business Models”.
